Registration is processed when we have a completed registration form, signed by the enrolling parent/guardians, and the non-refundable, annual registration fee ($125) & first month tuition, which secures a space for your child. Enrollment is based on space availability using the date parents put their child/children on the waiting list (see policy below).
Supplies
Parents must bring the following supplies upon enrollment:
Infants
Clean sheets and crib/cots are provided for each child. It is necessary for parents who have children on bottles or using baby food to provide these. Mark all bottles and jars. Also, children in our infant and toddler rooms will need disposable diapers. Parents are required to bring wipes and diapers for their child.
Toddlers (Two Years)
Preschool (Three - Five Years)
We prefer a one- piece blanket that has the pillow, blanket, and pad altogether.
Before a child can be admitted to our program, we must receive a health form and a current immunization record. State law requires that “A Certificate of Immunization or approved alternative of Certificate of Immunization must be on file at the child care center the first day the child enters the center. A new certificate of Immunization must be updated by the date specified on 121 Form for your child to attend class.
Applicants who wish to have their name placed on the ESA waiting list must submit a completed enrollment form. A $25 non-refundable fee is required at this time. Admission will be granted on the basis of availability. Parents/Guardians will be notified by phone when space becomes available. Enrollment must begin within 1 week or the space will be forfeited and the client’s name will be removed from the waiting list.
